Dwipo Lubis Baskoro & Partners advises a subsidiary of Mitsui & Co., Ltd. in sale and leaseback to AirAsia Berhad
Dwipo Lubis Baskoro & Partners ("DLBP") advises M&T Aviation Finance (Ireland) Limited (a subsidiary of Mitsui & Co., Ltd.) in sale and leaseback of 2xA320 to AirAsia Berhad. Both aircraft were successfully delivered to AirAsia Berhad on 17 November 2015 and 22 December 2015. DLBP team of lawyers is led by Partner Haryo Baskoro. DLBP worked side-by-side with Mitsui's in-house team to coordinate the transactions (including coordinating counsels in Malaysia and Ireland).
