New Aircraft Deal for DLBP Aviation Team!
Dwipo Lubis Baskoro & Partners ("DLBP") act as lead counsel for an Irish subsidiary of Mitsui & Co, Ltd. ("Seller") in the sale and novation of one (1) Airbus A320 to Shibaura Construction Corporation ("Shibaura"). The Aircraft is successfully delivered to Shibaura while remain operated by Thai AirAsia Co., Ltd. on 29 May 2017. DLBP Aviation Team is led by Partner Haryo Baskoro.
