Dwipo Lubis Baskoro & Partners has successfully defended the Commercial Court's Decision No. 28-Mark-2009-PN.NIAGA.JKT.PST. at the Supreme Court of the Republic of Indonesia
Based on the Indonesian Supreme Court's Decision No. 736 K-Pdt.Sus-2009 that has become final and binding, our client (DOCTOR’S ASSOCIATES INC.) has been confirmed as the sole owner and the first registrant of the internationally well-known mark of SUBWAY, therefore our client (DOCTOR’S ASSOCIATES INC.) has the sole right to use the mark of SUBWAY in Indonesia.
