Dwipo Lubis Baskoro & Partners advises M&T Aviation Finance (Ireland) Limited on the sale and lease-back of three brand new Airbus A320-214 to PT Citilink Indonesia. All three aircraft were successfully delivered to PT Citilink Indonesia (“Citilink”) on 28 January 2015, 13 March 2015 and 12 May 2015. This deal was led by Partner Haryo Baskoro. Haryo commented “this deal shows that Indonesian aviation sector is very promising. With a high population and favorable legislations, Indonesian airlines will continue to expand and surely this is an attractive market for foreign lessors.”
