Dwipo Lubis Baskoro & Partners advises a subsidiary of Mitsui & Co., Ltd. on the sale and lease-back of Airbus A320-216 to PT Indonesia AirAsia
Dwipo Lubis Baskoro & Partners advises M&T Aviation Finance (Ireland) Limited on the sale and lease-back of two vintage Airbus A320-216 to PT Indonesia AirAsia. This deal involves repayment of the existing financing and release of the security (including an aircraft mortgage registered with the Indonesian Directorate General of Civil Aviation) and both aircraft were successfully delivered to PT Indonesia AirAsia on 27 April and 9 June 2015 respectively. This deal was led by Partner Haryo Baskoro.
