S. Aisyah L. is a senior associate at Dwipo, Lubis & Partners IP Law Firm. She is an agriculture engineer who graduated from Bogor Agricultural University, Bogor. After acquiring a vast experience in different fields of the industry and engineering projects, she has been working with Dwipo, Lubis & Partners IP Law Firm. She has a strong background in patent drafting and prosecution in Indonesia and abroad in the chemical, biochemical, pharmaceutical and biotechnology fields. She handles all filing/prosecution aspects involved in plant variety protection applications, patent and utility model applications, including official letters on the merits of inventions and analysis of patentability.

Ms. Aisyah is counselling and representing international corporate clients from the chemical, biochemical, pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and agriculture sectors in procedures before the Indonesian Patent Office and the Department of Agriculture of the Republic of Indonesia. Based on her experience, she is able to act in practically any technical field and to give technical advice in litigation cases. She has also written several articles related to Industrial Property and regularly lectures on intellectual property as well as teaches at courses for patent attorneys.
