B. Lukito

B. Lukito is an associate at Dwipo, Lubis & Partners IP Law Firm, who graduated from the Telkom University, Bandung and holds a degree in informatics engineering. He specializes in prosecuting patent apllications before the Indonesian Patent Office, particularly in the areas of telecommunication engineering includes various aspects of wireless technology, software enabled systems and financial systems. He has been attending to patent matters, such as patent searching, specification drafting, drafting opinion letters, technical consulting on patentability and infringement issues.

Mr. Lukito specializes in patent prosecution, drafting patent application (national and international), technical analyses for technology appropriation, patentability analysis, and filing and prosecution of PCT international applications. Drawing from his extensive experience in handling a wide range of patent issues, he has frequently provided guidance and advice to clients on the patentability of their inventions.
