However, achieving trademark protection in Indonesia proved to be a complex challenge.

Upon initiating the registration process, TUBA n Co., Ltd. was met with several bad-faith trademark filings from unrelated parties attempting to capitalize on the widespread popularity of the LARVA brand. These conflicting applications posed a significant threat to the rightful ownership and future enforcement of the LARVA trademark in the Indonesian market.
