Dwipo Lubis Baskoro & Partners advises M&T Aviation Finance (Ireland) Limited on the purchase option agreement with respect to two vintage Airbus A320-216 to PT Indonesia AirAsia Extra. This deal is related to the implementation of requirement under Regulation of the Ministry of Transportation No 97 of 2015 on the Ownership and Possesion of Aircraft. This deal was led by Partner Haryo Baskoro.
